The Cancer Risk Assessment Program provides information enabling individuals to effectively mange their cancer risk and obtain peace of mind for themselves and their family.

For individuals with a cancer diagnosis the service focuses on:

  • Risk of a second cancer
  • Genetic Testing
  • Risks to relatives
  • Causes (environmental and hereditary)

Individuals without a cancer diagnosis may benefit from learning more about:

  • Family history and cancer risks
  • Genetic testing
  • Horomones at menopause
  • Tamoxifen for prevention
  • Benign breast disease
  • In situ cancers
