Dr. Lewis has been a physician for the the Women's Professional Tennis Tour (WTA) for the past 6 years.

In the past she served as a team physician for the US Olympic Track and Field trials in Sacramento, California. She has served as staff physician for the Honolulu Marathon, and is a Clinical Instructor at both the University of California at Davis and San Francisco.

Dr. Lewis was an elite marathon runner and ranked California tennis player in years past and enjoys running, tennis, long distance cycling, skiing, scuba diving and weightlifting. She enjoys seeing all kinds of patients, from weekend warriors to top-level elite athletes. She also enjoys teaching and lecturing on sports medicine topics and has a special professional interest in women's sports medicine issues.
