Bill Ross has been a specialist in Sports Medicine for 23 years and is board certified in Family Practice and Sports Medicine. Formerly, he was a physician for the U.S. Olympic Training Center and the UC Berkeley Athletic Department.
Over the years he has treated athletes of all levels: recreational, college, professional and elite. Currently, he is the Medical Director at the Center for Sports Medicine in Walnut Creek; Team Physician for Mills College; and Physician for the Diablo Ballet, Contra Costa Ballet Center and Company C Ballet companies.
A college baseball player and former swim coach, Dr. Ross is now an avid cyclist, tennis player and runner and has competed in many marathons and cycling events. For cycling-related injuries he does specialized, on-bicycle evaluations. He enjoys taking care of athletes of all ages and abilities.
