Dr. Dimitriy Kondrashov is the newest member of the Spine Center team.  He comes to Saint Francis Memorial Hospital with excellent credentials.  He earned his medical degree at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York, where he also completed his orthopaedic residency.  He completed advanced fellowship training at the Stanford - St. Mary's Combined Orthopaedic Spine Surgery Fellowship in 2006.    Dr. Kondrashov has extensive experience in the treatment of spina bifida, lumbar spinal stenosis, adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, cervical spine injuries and interspinous process decompression with the X-STOP device.

Dr. Kondrashov is credited with numerous publications and presentations.  He has received several honors including the Alumni Scholar Award from Albert Einstein College of Medicine, First Place in poster competitiion at OREF NY Resident Symposium and First Place in poster competition at the annual AAOS meeting in 2004.  Dr. Kondrashov is board eligible and is a member of the North American Spine Society and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
