Marilyn Robertson, M.D.
Dr. Robertson is board certified in Adult
Neurology. Dr. Robertson is a Neurologist for the San Francisco
Spine Center at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital, is the Director of
the Movement Disorders Clinic at California Pacific Medical Center,
San Francisco and is in private practice in San Francisco,
CA. She earned her medical degree from Northwestern
University, Chicago, IL and performed her Neurology Residency at
Mount Sinai Medical Center, City University of New York, New York
City. She completed an advanced training fellowship in
Neuroimmunology at the University of Chicago.
Dr. Robertson specializes in the diagnosis
and treatment of neurological disorders, including but not limited
to spinal neuropathic pain, peripheral neuropathy, Parkinson's
disease, cervical dystonia, Multiple Sclerosis, headaches and
migraines. Dr. Robertson employs a variety of conservative
treaments including medications, infusion therapy, physical
therapy, psychological counseling, and Botox
injections.
Dr. Robertson is actively involved in medical education as an
Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California, San
Francisco, Department of Neurology. She also participates in
various clinical research trials in her private practice. In
addition, Dr. Robertson serves on the Board of Directors of the
Association of California Neurologists, a political advocacy group
representing the interests of neurologists and individuals who
suffer from chronic neurological disorders.
