Do you accept Medi-Cal for payment of services?
No, not by itself. We do accept Medi-Care with Medi-Cal together, but not Medi-Cal only. We do accept Medi-Care without Medi-Cal.

How long am I likely to be the program?
Generally our clients with private insurance are with us 20-30 days spread across 6 weeks or so. Of course, it is a case by case consideration based on medical necessity and your clinical needs as well as your continued motivation for treatment.

Can I see my psychiatrist while I'm in the program?
That is a possibility depending on your insurance and your arrangement with your psychiatrist. However, regulations require you must be seen by our program psychiatrist on a weekly basis.

Do you provide lunch?
Yes, we provide a coupon for a specific dollar amount (this can change from time to time) to be used in our Cafeteria. We also have cereal, juice, yogurt, coffee and tea in our kitchen that our clients enjoy before group begins each morning and between group sessions.

Do you provide transportation?
Yes we can depending on available capacity and logistics of the hospital's van service. The service is confined to San Francisco and requests are a case by case consideration.

Do you perform Neuro-psych testing?
No, but we can help facilitate setting up testing together with your insurance carrier
